Mobile Key Instruction

“iclub Mobile Key Check-in” Service User Instruction :


iclub Hotels is the first hotel brand in Hong Kong using Mobile Key. With the room key installed to your mobile phone, you can gain access to your room quickly, safely and easily without having to check in at the front desk. Please follow the instructions below for the setup.

Your assigned room number will be sent to you by SMS and email on your check-in date.

Download the app

  1. Please click the icons below to download the “iclub mobile-key” app

Connect Wi-Fi and activate the app

  1. Enable the Wi-Fi function in mobile device, select the Network ID "A-iclub" from the network list
  2. Launch the web browser and type any address. You will be redirected to iclub Wi-Fi service login page automatically. Input login ID (your assigned room number) and password (the last name of registered guest)
  3. Turn on the “iclub mobile-key” app and complete the subscription process

 

Activate the app for accessing the Guest Floor

  1. Press the “key icon” on your app
  2. When you hear the security sound, place and press your device EARPIECE to the card sensor in the elevator
  3. You will see the indicator light blinking orange
  4. When you see indicator light turns green, please press your floor button
  5. If the light stays orange, re-try Step 5 - 8

 

Activate the app for entering the Room

  1. Press the “key icon” on your app
  2. When you hear the security sound, place and press your device EARPIECE to the card sensor in front of the room door
  3. You will see the indicator light blinking orange
  4. When you see indicator light turns green, please open the room door
  5. If the light stays orange, re-try Step 10 - 13

 

Remarks

If you cannot open the door, please contact the Front Desk for assistance.

For security reasons, the hotel’s main entrance glass door on G/F is closed from 11:00pm – 06:00am. Please follow the same procedure of Step 10 - 13 to open the entrance glass door or press the silver button near the card sensor to contact the Front Desk for assistance.

 

 Instruction for Non-Smartphone Users

Receive SMS text message

  1. A text message (SMS) with your room number, a telephone number and 4-digit number will be sent to your registered mobile phone

 

Input the 4-digit number for accessing the Guest Floor

  1. Please dial the telephone number shown in the text message, and you will be informed to input the 4-digit number and then press # to complete
  2. When you hear the security sound, place and press your device EARPIECE to the card sensor in the elevator
  3. You will see the indicator light blinking orange
  4. When you see indicator light turns green, please press your floor button
  5. If the light stays orange, re-try Step 2 - 5

  1. Please dial the telephone number shown in the text message, and you will be informed to input the 4-digit number and then press # to complete
  2. When you hear the security sound, place and press your device EARPIECE to the card sensor in front of the room door
  3. You will see the indicator light blinking orange
  4. When you see indicator light turns green, please open the room door
  5. If the light stays orange, re-try Step 7 - 10
