Guest must have a confirmed reservation that is booked on www.regalhotel.com and provide us with confirmation number in order to make a claim.
Claim must be made within 24 hours of the confirmed reservation and at least 72 hours prior to 4pm of scheduled arrival (local hotel time). If the booking was made within the 72 hours prior the scheduled arrival at the hotel, the Best Internet Rate Guarantee does not apply.
The Competing Rate must be available to general public on our authorized online distributor’s website.
The Competing Rate must be a minimum difference of 1% of the room rate in the hotel's local currency. Any taxes or fees will not be considered as part of the Best Internet Rate Guarantee claim.
The Best Internet Rate Guarantee applies to room only bookings, excluding inclusions like meals, transportation, other services, etc.
The Competing Rate must be available for instant confirmation at the time our agents check availability with the following matching requirements:
Same hotel
Same period of stay
Same room/bed type
Same number of guests
Same type of currency
Same rate plan & privileges
Same advance purchase requirements, prepayment and deposit requirements (if any)
Same cancellation and amendment policies
The Best Internet Rate Guarantee does not apply to following rate plans:
Packaged rates
Travel agents or brokers rates
Opaque or group purchase rates
Combined promotion rates
Rates granted to Regal Hotels affiliate partners and their employees
Rates granted to Regal employees
Qualified discount rates that are not available to the general public, which include:
Corporate rates
Government / Travel Industry discount rates
Long Stay rates
Group or meeting rates
Group add-on rates that extend the length of stay
Regal Rewards members or Loyalty program rates
Pre-paid rates that involve a voucher or other form of pre-paid certificate
Any rates requiring memberships in a club or affinity program
For claim covers two or more consecutive nights at the same hotel, the Best Internet Rate Guarantee will be compared on per night basis and not on the total amount of the stay.
Regal Hotels International Limited has the right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim, including but not limited to, determining that the Competing Rate meets all the terms and conditions. In case of dispute, Regal Hotels International Limited's decision is final.
Regal Hotels International Limited reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend or discontinue the Best Internet Rate Guarantee at anytime.
